Plan a Wedding
To schedule a wedding at the 39th District Court please contact the court.
To be married at the court:
• The parties must obtain a marriage certificate from the Macomb County Clerk.
• The parties must pay a filing fee of $10 to the 39th District Court.
• The parties must have at least two witnesses over the age of 18 present on the date of the ceremony. The court does not provide witnesses for the ceremony. Wedding ceremonies are performed by the Judges of the 39th District Court.
• Please contact the district you reside in before contacting the 39th District Court.
