The Non-Owner Occupied Housing Ordinance establishes safeguard controls for non-owner-occupied residential structures and accessory uses within the City of Roseville. Once an application & payment is submitted, you will be contacted to schedule an inspection with a rental inspector. Upon successful completion of a rental inspection the residence will receive a Certificate of Compliance.
